Our standard estimated processing time is 1 to 2 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 3 to 7 business days. This gives an estimated total timeframe of approximately 4 to 9 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in our estimated delivery times limits any delivery rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
8. Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Where applicable under consumer law, responsibility for the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or the possession of a person identified by you to receive them.
9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Rosewood & Co offers a voluntary 30-day return period, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
UK consumers purchasing online also generally have a statutory right to cancel most eligible purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
